Whipped Body Scrubs are great for all over body cleansing, exfoliation, and for exciting circulation. Our Scrub will both refine and soften the texture of your skin in one easy step. It is formulated to gently slough away dull cells, rinse clean, and leave your skin with a soft, sensual glow.
How to Use Whipped Sugar Scrub
1. Wet Your Skin – Start by dampening your skin with warm water in the shower or bath. This helps open up pores and allows for better exfoliation.
2. Scoop a Small Amount – Take a small amount of the whipped sugar scrub with your fingers or a spoon. A little goes a long way!
3. Gently Massage – Apply the scrub to your skin in circular motions, focusing on rough or dry areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Avoid using too much pressure to prevent irritation.
4. Let It Sit (Optional) – For extra hydration, leave the scrub on for a minute or two to let the nourishing ingredients absorb into your skin.
5. Rinse Thoroughly – Wash off the scrub with warm water, making sure to remove all residue.
6. Pat Dry & Moisturize – Gently pat your skin dry with a towel and follow up with a body lotion or oil to lock in moisture.
Tip: Use 2-3 times a week for smooth, glowing skin. If using on the face, choose a gentle formula and avoid harsh scrubbing.
Why Sugar?
Sugar cane crystals are great for gentle exfoliation. Sugar is naturally an emollient, a mild emulsifier, and a humectant which helps soften and soothe the skin. It is often used to correct dryness and scaling. The sugar grains used in our formulation easily dissolve on the skin while providing excellent exfoliation properties.
Sugar is not the only great ingredient in the base...
The Oil Blend we use has a higher percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids. It is used because it is less susceptible to oxidation which means it exhibits extended shelf life without requiring chemical modifications. It is considered a non-comedogenic raw ingredient, which means it will not clog your pores.
Can It Get better than that? Oh yes it can!
We made it Paraben Free! We use Phenoxyethanol as a preservative which effectively preserves the base without parabens.
